Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at art.creating.ai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are available for different sizes. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
